Mckenzee at first was great. She showed up to her interview on time and we hired her on the spot. Then about a month in, she stopped showing up and she stopped answering messages. She kept saying that she was going to show up and then would never come. She is not dependable and I do not want what she did to us to happen to someone else. Not showing up to take care of the clients that you agreed to take care of not only looks bad on you, but it hurts the older people you supposedly love to take care.
