McKenna is very patient and compassionate. She has spent a lot of time researching child rearing methods, and likes to treat children as "little humans". She absolutely believes in boundaries and limits as necessary for healthy child development, but doesn't feel that yelling or reactive parenting accomplishes much. She likes to work with parents and children to create a nurturing environment. McKenna gets down on children's level and plays, and is at that level to talk thru tantrums and sad moments as well. She is a proficient cook and house cleaner if needed as well. I recommend her without reservation
