Mckenna was our daughter's first caregiver outside of our family, so naturally we were curious to see how that would play out, especially since she was just six months old and starting to get nervous around people outside of our family. Mckenna was professional, caring and a quick learner, which made the transition extremely smooth. Our daughter felt comfortable and safe with her right away. As a former teacher, Mckenna's emphasis on safety as well as her organization, communication, compassion and planning skills were very apparent and translated flawlessly into her role as our daughter's caregiver. I would absolutely hire her again.
