Mckendra started as a sweet hardworking dependable employee until she got the raise she wanted... then she always called out with little notice she would wait till Sunday night or Monday morning to disclose she was sick or stuck in a different state! Watching TV with kids not care about our house or things, not turning off out hoses, letting kid break things and not tell us. Most recently she said she would be here (third Monday in a row) so we texted her at 10AM Sunday to confirm... & 7AM Monday morning she quit saying she thought this was going to happen but she has to move for her husbands job... no notice no warning after I asked her if there was something going on when she kept calling out the week before she said no. If you're looking for dependability and healthy communication, keep looking.
