About Mckayla

I am a self motivated, organized, nurturing young lady. I am wanting to stay in childcare workforce until I recieve my degree into childhood education. I have worked in two different childcare settings, the first was an after school program for kids kindergarten to fifth grade. The second was at a daycare/preschool with ages ranging six weeks to 5 years old. I'd describe my personality as independent, organized and responsible. I like working with kids because I enjoy teaching and watching them grow. I'm looking for a job that allows me to gain knowledge while I teach today's youth. I have worked with kids since my youth by babysitting. During my spare time, I like to spend time with family and friends, as well as helping family on our farm. One thing you should know about me is that I am gentle but stern with children. My skills include implementing a safe and fun environment, while creating new ideas to teach and educate.
