About Mckayla

I'm a dedicated childcare provider with three years of experience creating nurturing and educational environments for children. I've always been passionate about working with kids, and I find great joy in supporting their development and helping them learn and grow. I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, and I believe in communicating openly with parents about their children's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and always follow their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm also comfortable caring for up to three children at a time, and I have experience working with children ages one to five. I have some college education and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and only speak English.
