About Mayumi

Hi, I'm Mayumi! I am a experienced caregiver with a strong background in childcare and healthcare. Since the age of 15, I have been caring for children ranging from 10 months to 12 years old, including a child with Angelman syndrome who required 24-hour care. My responsibilities included assisting with daily hygiene, feeding, medication administration, and ensuring his overall well-being. My passion for caregiving led me to take a childcare course in high school, where I learned essential childcare techniques, safety procedures, and how to assess and respond to various situations. As part of this program, I gained hands-on experience working with children aged 2-8 in a preschool setting. In addition to my childcare background, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a Level 2 background check and fingerprint clearance. I am currently pursuing my nursing degree and expanding my knowledge to provide the best care. I would love to bring my dedication and expertise to your team!
