I currently live in Laguna Hills. I'm in the final semester of my Occupational Therapy Assistant program and am completing my residency this semester. My availability is based on my current schedule, which will change for my second rotation in three months. Here's my current availability: Monday: Available all day Tuesday: 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Thursday: 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Saturday: 12:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday: Available all day My starting pay rate is $24/hour, but I am open to negotiation. First, I think as many parents realize. it is very difficult to find someone to nanny or babysit our little ones. Mayra seems to interview well and her background in childcare has potential and advantages when considering someone to watch your children. The first challenge or issue I Experienced with Mayra was that her schedule and availability was limited. She was difficult to schedule a time to speak or meet there always seemed to be an excuse. Once we did meet, she interviewed okay, not outstanding but okay. We decided to move forward and discuss a schedule which again had some issues due to her current situation. She agreed to the first weeks hours and pay rate. She seemed happy and grateful for the opportunity and I was grateful as well that feeling changed when I received a text 20 minutes after she left with another excuse and asking if I could wait for her to reach a final decision. I declined. She is not rude.. she is polite but not reliable in my experience
