Hello, I'm Mayra and I'd love to tell you about my 12+ years of childcare experience. I've cared for infants, toddlers and multiples. I currently care for a 2-year-old and some of our weekly activities include music time, library story time, swim lessons, and gymnastics. I also use a STEM based curriculum for teaching colors, the alphabet, writing, numbers, shapes, spelling, etc. Learning about the world through play and exploration is very important to me so if the weather permits we take walks to the park or plan other outdoor activities. I'm also able to help with weekly grocery shopping, pantry cleaning & organization, laundry for the entire household, organizing closets, running various errands, and light housekeeping. I'm reliable, intuitive, and organized. I can provide a copy of my current CPR & first aid certification and reference letters from past employers. I'm happy to answer any questions. Thank you

We have two happy, confident young boys thanks in large part to Mayra. She has been with us since our oldest 4 year old was just a few months old. She kindly stayed with us for a few months after we moved to help the kids transition and now plans to go back closer to family. Our kids love her, very hard worker, obviously enjoys being a nanny and teaching, helped our kids to read and write. Their little victories, like going down the big slide for the first time, were her little victories too. She loved our kids as if they were her own. Smart, resourceful, helped out with everything...laundry, cooking, driving.
