About Maylen

I've always loved working with children, and my passion for caregiving has only grown stronger over my three years of experience as a childcare provider. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to connect easily with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I believe in open communication with parents and provide written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call to ensure everyone is on the same page. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, as I believe a structured environment is essential for children's development. My favorite part about being a caregiver is seeing the children I look after grow and learn. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. In addition to my childcare experience, I have completed First Aid Training and CPR Training, and I have my own car. I'm also comfortable with pets and don't mind helping with cooking and light housekeeping.
