About Maycena

I've worked as a water safety instructor (WSI) since I was 15 years old. . One thing you should know about me is I am very patient with children! I frequently work with kids who struggle either behavior wise or physical wise in swim lessons and have used these challenges as moments to grow as an educator. Additionally, my other skills include being extremely adaptable to different circumstances and personalities in kids. I follow the parent's lead always with communication, rules, and the daily routine. I'm looking for a job where I can make a meaningful impact on a young child's development. And essentially, a space to continue to gain valuable experience in my intended career field! :)
