About Maya

I like working with kids because it is a very rewarding experience for me and one that I am often complemented on my abilities in. Working with children fills my heart and gives me purpose. I have been working with kids when I was very young. I have always had a heart for little ones and have always been the first to want to help family and friends with their kiddos. I am currently a full time student at Fresno Pacific earning a BA in child development and a minor in educational disabilities. I am in a teacher prep program and hope to become a special education teacher in the future. I also have a lot of reputable experience working with littles of all ages and abilities and am happy to provide references of such. I would also like to mention that although I do not currently have my CPR certification I have undergone several trainings on how to handle situations including choking and other medical conditions and emergencies.
