About Maya

I am a education major at skidmore college, taking time off to take care of my chronic illness. I love art and music and was also an athlete my whole childhood so there is a lot I can do with your little one! I have worked at camps, daycares and a doggy daycare because I love animals. I'm 20 years old and love kids so hire me!! I like working with kids because everyone deserves a happy childhood and it is beyond fulfilling to play a part in that. I'm looking for a job that is reoccurring but not every day. I also have lyme disease and get tired often so all day or all night jobs are not for me. I started working with kids when I was 14, babysitting and then got my first job with kids as a sleepaway camp counselor at 17! In my spare time, I like to do art, spend time with my dogs and friends! One thing you should know about me is I am licensed, but I only started driving a little over a year ago. My skills include teaching, coaching, having fun with safety as my priority.
