I am an experienced babysitter who currently works at Elementary as a paraprofessional in the adaptive classroom. I am both a birth and postpartum doula, (for newborns I have also taken the Newborn Care Specialist course for Newborn Care Solutions and a basic breastfeeding knowledge course provided in both my birth and postpartum doula training). I have 7 years experience babysitting or teaching kids between the ages of birth to 11 years old. I have experience with mental and physical disabilities in children, and I work well even with behaviors that prove difficult because of my current special education job. I have worked with plenty of children and I have never found one I don't get along with. I have a passion for working with children and I don't get tired of it. I prefer gentle parenting and no/minimal screen approach, but it is of course up to the parents

Maya was an incredible night nanny for our twin babies, starting when they were just one month old. From the very beginning, she was punctual, trustworthy, and wonderful with our babies. Maya was attentive to their needs, handling feedings, diaper changes, and nighttime care with professionalism and warmth. Her calming nature made a world of difference in those early months, as she had a natural ability to soothe and comfort the babies, helping them (and us!) get much-needed rest.
