I've grown up around autistic individuals my whole life because of my brother who is on the spectrum and cannot live independently. He's got epilepsy and I've been there for more of his episodes than either of my parents combined, so I'm very familiar with how to deal with seizures, especially if they come out of the blue instead of somewhat frequently. This past summer, I worked doing respite for autistic adults in North San Diego county. I can provide the contact info for my clients as they've agreed to be references for me. I am open to staying at the home with the client's child and open to driving them places where they need/want to go.
