I've worked in various roles in the youth recreation industry, ranging from summer camps to recreation departments. I have 6 years of paid experience in a recreational capacity. My background has helped me become patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and video games. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of different age groups, from 4-5, 6-11, and 12 and above. I have a new car and am comfortable with pets, as I have a dog myself. When it comes to communication, I believe in open and honest conversations with parents and children. I provide verbal communication at pickup and follow their preferred communication method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care.
