I am currently a full-time caregiver for a Senior Care/Companionship company in the area. I love what I do and those I currently care for, but I am looking for a more permanent schedule and to work with one consistent family at a time. I have over a year in experience. First I was a live-in care giver for my fiancés grandmother who suffered from Dementia and memory loss. I lived with her for over a year and helped her through the end of her life on hospice in her own home. It was through this experience that I realized not only did I enjoy helping and caring for those in need, but I felt I was good at it. I began my current job shortly there after, and have had a full year of experience with over a dozen different families, persons, and covering a whole range of varying needs.
