To Whom it may concern, Mauvlette is one of those employees every supervisor wants to clone. She is reliable, Level headed, mature, very intelligent and goes above and beyond what your job description would state. I was continually amazed at her ability to connect with individual residents, encouraging them often and turning every encounter into an activity. One example is while assisting a resident to ambulate to the toilet, they might stop to discuss a picture. Or seize the opportunity to take a resident by the hand and dance to the music playing. She is also extremely gifted, intuitively knowing how to communicate effectively with our Dementia clients. Rather than insisting on completing a scheduled task, Mauvlette creatively redirects the client displaying a negative reaction, often accomplishing the intended task in spite of original dismay. She is great at prioritizing and getting the necessary work done all with a focus of high quality service. I have collaborated with her to improve the plan of care for individuals where her input was insightful and invaluable. I believe she would make an awesome Registered Nurse.
