About Maureen

Maureen is a wonderful caregiver. She provides care with experience and compassion. We met in December 2024 when she began caring for my mother in my mom's home after she was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Maureen mainly covered evenings, and she would also fill in on weekends if we had a need and she was available. She is easy to get along with and you will feel comfortable with her right away. In January 2025 my mom was admitted to the hospital and had surgery. In February she was released to short term rehab. My mom was not happy with a previous STR stay, and we decided to have 24/7 care for her while she was at the STR. Maureen would stay evenings and some weekend days as needed with my mom at the STR. My mom returned to the hospital from the STR and Maureen would stay overnight at the hospital with her also when my mom didn't want to be alone. Maureen was a wealth of information for me and my family, and she helped me understand what was happening with my mother as she was in comfort care. Her shift ended only an hour prior to my mom's passing, and I have great comfort knowing Maureen was caring for my mom in her last hours.
