I have been a stay at home mother to my eight children for the past 30 years. I was looking for employment during the school day hours. It is important for me to be available for my children in the evening hours. For the past 16 years I have been caring for my son who has a heart disease. This has given me an insight Into the medical field. I do have first-hand experience of caring for someone with medical needs i. e. dispensing medication, blood pressure, CPR and AED training. In the year 2022 I had the pleasure of taking care of a woman with Alzheimer's disease in her own home. We would go food shopping, the library and do all the things that she enjoyed doing.
