About Maureen

My experience includes nanny, preschool teacher, outdoor educator, and teacher for a multi-age homeschool co-op. I am committed to protecting the autonomy of the children I work with by trusting their ability to navigate age-appropriate challenges with gentle guidance and support. I believe that children thrive in unhurried environments and aim to cultivate a sense of wonder in the ordinary. I am an extremely grounded person, with the ability to bring a sense of calm and safety to my environment. I have a wonderful 14-month-old daughter who would be joining me. She has experience accompanying me to my current nanny job and loves being with other children. This could be a great opportunity for a family with a similar age child in need of a playmate or an older child who loves babies! I will be relocating to Bristol in August and looking for work immediately. Interested in short term or long term positions, as well as one-time jobs.
