Maureen "Molly" seems like a nice person from the interview I did with her. I hired her based on previous experience to work with people with disabilities. After going through the on-boarding process and setting her up in the system and scheduling a couple of weeks in advance, Molly contacted me less than an hour before her first orientation/training session to cancel. This means the trainer and I had planned around her being there and had to reschedule. We rescheduled for two days later for the same time and once again, she did not come. The second time, she did not bother to call or text or respond to several texts and a voicemail. I lost several hours of time interviewing, on-boarding, and also changed plans to accommodate her and she did not have the respect to communicate about her plans. I would discourage you from hiring someone who is willing to simply ghost someone like this. It's disrespectful and unreliable.
