Hi! My name is Matt, and I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. With a year of experience as a childcare provider and additional experience as a student teacher working with Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st grade, and middle school theatre students, I've developed a patient, adaptable, and creative approach. I'm currently studying at ACC with plans to become a theatre teacher. I prioritize clear communication with parents, ensuring regular updates in their preferred way. While I enforce household rules, I focus on creating a positive and supportive atmosphere. I enjoy engaging children in educational activities, imaginative play, and creative expression to foster their development.
