About Matthew

I'd describe my personality as friendly, creative, and honest. I like caring for seniors because I can make them more comfortable and convenient in ways they can't for themselves. I'm looking for a job that I find rewarding and satisfying. Making someone happy or helping them solve a problem is a great job description. I started caring for seniors when I was 13. My dad married a woman whose aging and frail grandmother we would visit Sunday afternoons. I was drawn to caring about, and caring for, Grandma. It's always been so with me. In my spare time, I like to develop my talents. These include ministering to others, woodworking and metalworking, a project car, and using the computer to edit graphics and images. One thing you should know about me is that I am a resourceful guy. I bring emotional and practical skills, to every situation and relationship. My skills include arranging for physical comfort, helping an elder enjoy a meal, and good conversation.
