About Matthew

As a caregiver, I'm passionate about being a strong role model and an emotional support for the children I am working with. I aim to foster growth of independence, creativity, empathy, and a fascination of the world. My previous roles as a summer camp arts/woodworking teacher, a teaching assistant in an arts center, and spending time with my 1 y/o niece and 8 y/o nephew, have been incredibly rewarding, and I'm excited to make a positive impact on more children's lives. I'm patient, calm, and creative, ensuring a nurturing environment for your child. I'll provide regular updates on your child's day and am comfortable enforcing household rules. From outdoor games, to arts and crafts, and gardening, I have a variety of activities planned to keep your child engaged and entertained. With my First Aid and CPR training, and extensive driving experience, your child's safety is my top priority. I'm eager to meet your family and provide exceptional care for your child.
