Matilde has been cleaning my house, my mothers house, and my sisters house for close to 10 years. She's also helped out on numerous family events and parties. She's 100% trustworthy, does a wonderful job, is communicative, and is responsive to my wife's needs (i.e. today I'd like your help organizing old baby clothes, etc.) She is bilingual, has transportation, and punctual. 100% would recommend to anyone in Houston looking for a housekeeper.
