About Matilda

Hello! I have a BA in Elementary Education, and have been a lead supervisor of classrooms, field-trips, daycares, summer camps, volunteer projects, mealtimes, and shifts in retail and food service. Lately I've hosted visitor centers and trails as a park ranger, but it all started with babysitting about 15 years ago! Since then I've kept up with 22 toddlers at once, held senior center presentations, and taken huge dogs hiking. I've instructed kids and teens in rock climbing, tutored college students in writing, mediated roommates, and made fire with tweens! More often than not, I have been around wonderful friends and family with special needs, and appreciate the opportunity to learn how best to help each individual and work with them as they need me.
