I have been close to animals and had pets for my entire life. As a paid position, I have assisted my roommate with boarding mainly dogs for the past year at our apartment. I believe that it is almost always the humans fault if an animal bite or scratches, I never react to an animal in anger, on being cognizant of which behaviors I am reenforcing. I think all pets deserve exercise, enrichment activities, healthy food, and whatever resources they need to stay healthy mentally and physically, and this is very important to me.
