About Mary

I have been working with children since I was very young. I graduated from Northeastern University in 2014 and have since worked as a pediatric nurse at Boston Children's Hospital as well as a public school system in Connecticut. I work with newborns to teens and even young adults. I have significant experience with children with medical complexities. We just moved here to Norfolk, VA in August and will be stationed here for at least 3 years. Beyond being a seasoned pediatric nurse in a number of fields, I am now a mom so understand the difficulties (and joys!) firsthand. I have a little guy of my own (he's 2) with one on the way! I'm happy to be contacted for date nights/last minute needs/after school help/etc. I'm communicative, reliable, responsible, and have great charisma with kids. I'd love to meet you and your kiddos! Also willing and happy to help with any other family members - elderly parents, etc.
