We had a wonderful interview with Mary Kate. She was timely, prepared, and extremely thorough. She brought references, copies of her certifications and letters of recommendation. She asked excellent questions and was clearly thinking through the schedule, care of the kids, and their needs. Though the scheduling didn't work out on our end, we were very pleased with the interview.
