About Mary

Hi There! My name is Mary and I have experience volunteering and working at a senior assisted living center and a retirement home for patients transitioning out of hospital care. I am also a certified 500+hr Yoga, Meditation, and Stand Up Paddleboard Teacher with experience teaching all ages including seniors. I also have my adaptive yoga certification to teach and help with both physical disabilities as well as sensory processing disorders, and learning disabilities. I am incredibly patient, compassionate, understanding, outgoing, and kind 32-year-old. I am interested in music, literature, writing, the outdoors, yoga, health and wellness, meditation, cooking, art, reading, and traveling. I am incredibly passionate about helping people achieve a high quality of life and to truly live well. I deeply care about helping people find not only health and wellness, but also a clear sense of balance and joy in their lives!
