I'm a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Sleep Coach, passionate about supporting families from pregnancy through the fourth trimester. With a focus on healthy sleep routines, I help babies sleep through the night by 12-16 weeks. I'm experienced with twins, allergies, and providing trauma-informed care for PMADs. While I primarily focus on birth and postpartum care, and parent coaching (contractor roles), I also offer nanny services (as a household employee) and babysitting (off the books).
