About Maryn

Hi! My name is Maryn. I'm a rising fourth year at UVA with a long history of babysitting and child care, looking to babysit this Summer. I have about 9 years of experience, and I'm comfortable and confident with taking on additional responsibilities like helping with chores around the house, travel, or school work! I've babysat in all kinds of settings and for all sorts of families, from military bases in Japan and Hawaii to my boarding school campus to my own neighborhood. Over the years, my experiences have helped me become a fun and engaging babysitter with a sense of safety and responsibility. I understand the importance of discipline and schedules as well as of silliness and joy. I love doing activities, playing games, and exploring the outdoors with the kids I'm sitting. Some of my best childhood memories come from my own past babysitters, and I'm committed to tailoring my services to each family and child to ensure a good experience! I look forward to meeting you :)
