I've always been passionate about helping children grow and develop, which led me to become a childcare provider. My approach is to be patient and calm, putting kids at ease and making them feel safe. I'm also friendly and approachable, building trust and rapport with both children and parents. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and a harmonious environment. I believe in open communication and provide regular updates to parents about their child's day. I use the preferred communication method of each parent, whether it be verbal communication at pickup, text, or phone call. With three years of experience caring for children of all ages, I'm comfortable looking after up to three kids at a time. I have a graduate degree in education, and I'm a certified teacher, which gives me the skills and knowledge to provide a nurturing and educational environment.
