About Mary Kay

Experience: 10 yrs

COVID-19 vaccinated

My name is Mary Kay. I am CPR certified and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. My clients tell me I am kind, patient, reliable and hard working. I can easily relate to my clients because I have aging parents in their late 80s. I provide personal care, assisting families dealing with general debility, dementia and disability. My goal is to make my clients' lives easier and give them peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are in good hands. I attended the University of Arizona on a full gymnastics scholarship and I succeeded with four All America Honors. After several years in corporate America, I decided to return to Florida. I coached and choreographed for local athletes for 15 years and then decided to go to Physical Therapy Assistant school. I worked as a PTA for 18 years and recently made the transition to caregiving for the elderly.

Our family was so blessed to have Mary Kay take care of my mom. My mom had Alzheimer's Dementia and Mary Kay, whom I met a few years prior was by far the best caretaker we could have hoped for. Her kindness and love for my mom along with her experience as a physical therapist assistant gave me the peace and comfort needed while my husband and I worked. She is very dependable. My husband and I would even get a well needed break on occasions as she would help us after hours. For a couple of months we were taking care of both our moms on hospice and Mary Kay handled care-taking for both. We were all in good hands. She is very qualified to care for the elderly and gives her best in all she does. I can only hope that if I ever needed a caregiver again she would be there.
