About MaryKate

As a biomedical and mechanical engineering student at Colorado State University, I have a passion for teaching children about science and engineering. With 11 years of experience, I've discovered the joy of watching children learn through regular communication, play, and their imagination. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect with children, and I provide regular updates to parents about their child's day. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I also enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with the children in my care. I am First Aid and CPR certified with lots of experience with toddlers and elementary aged children. I look forward to helping your family and being a part of your children's growth and development.
