I'm a passionate Educator and a sister to an adult male with autism. Over the years, my brother had fantastic teachers who guided him towards his true potential. His success inspired me to become a teacher. I recently graduated from Millersville with a Bachelor's Degree in English and Special Education (grades 7-12). I was a Student Teacher at Hempfield High school and Landisville Middle School. I also worked at the Vanguard School as an assistant teacher for two Summers. Vanguard is a school specifically for children/ young adults with autism. I love to think outside the box and improve my practice. I'm a firm believer in constant self-improvement. I'm looking to help guide children/teenagers(specifically grades 7-12) towards their true potential. I have all of my clearances completed. I am currently teaching at Vanguard as a special education teacher.
