She was very professional and pleasant on the telephone. We had scheduled an interview, but I unfortunately had to cancel. She was always very quick to respond to texts and emails; very reliable. We were very much looking forward to working with her, but ultimately, we decided to hire another babysitter who wasn't in school and could be here everyday.
