I am caring and experienced nanny. I have over 15 years experience as a nanny. I started out in a daycare setting but I did not believe the younger children were receiving the necessary attention. This is why I switched to being a nanny. This is actually my second career and actually my passion! I previously worked for the Internal Revenue Service until I received an early retirement. Quite a switch! I truly feel children are our greatest asset and are often not treated as such. I love to expose a child to a wide variety of interests; art, music, nature, etc. I also feel strongly in reading each day and I do not believe in television at all for younger children. I have two grown boys and 2 adorable granddaughters; 4 years and 2 years old. I feel they are the best proof of my experience!
