I'd describe my personality as compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy. Key qualities most people are looking for in a caregiver, not to mention many others qualities you will appreciate as also very important. I'm looking for an opportunity to provide necessary support to an individual, and their family. I started caring for seniors in 1983. My entire career has been devoted to older adults and their families. My professional passion turned deeply personal when my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease at the young age of 65. I've walked in your shoes. I thrive on being an Aging Life Care Specialist as a Certified Care Manager helping others navigate this season of life whether because family live long distance, busy with own work and personal demands on time, or just don't have the knowledge. I believe in honoring one's wishes, helping them age-in-place in their own homes with the proper resources and support. I have many references and testimonials to share.
