I have been a paraprofessional/Para Educator for 6 years and have worked with Special Needs kids at an Elementary School. Assisted students with special needs in all aspects of classroom instruction to maximize inclusion, learning, and achievement. Assisted with behavioral management to minimize disruptions, ensure a safe and orderly classroom, and ensure students are on task. Assisted also with students with activities of daily living for the purpose of maximizing their ability to participate in school or learning activities (toileting, feeding, maneuvering, hygiene, etc.). I believe my experience working with kids and caring for my children has given great patience and creativity. I am passionate about what I do. I love being outdoors, reading to my kids, and doing arts and crafts. I have a reliable car that can fit 7 people. I am available to work full time.
