About Mary

My services are focused on assisting older adults who wish to remain independent and in their homes for as long as they safely can. I am adept at balancing assistance with autonomy. I love learning about their life experiences and interests, and, most importantly, creating an alliance with their loved ones for an optimal quality of life. Credential: Washington State Department of Health, Certified Nursing Assistant, issued 02/14/2018. Experience: Alzheimer's/dementia care, rehab, respite care, along with general assistance, concierge services and companionship. My driving record is excellent and I have stellar references. Prior to my caregiving experience, I worked in the sales and marketing field ranging from wood pulp sales to wine sales. With my husband, we have raised three sons and I count my blessings they are healthy and loving adults. In my spare time, I enjoy long "urban hikes" in the city, trying new recipes, reading and tackling home projects.
