About Mary Francis

Hello! I am interested in providing individualized, compassionate care to a senior looking for assistance and support with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, nail care, etc), medication management, daily exercise routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and best of all companionship with a sense of humor! I worked as a reading teacher for many years with adults and children. In my 50's, I made a move into the field of nursing. I have a bachelor's degree from Trinity College in psychology, and am a licensed practical nurse. I have thoroughly enjoyed working in the field of elder care/ assisted living for the past 13 years. I turned 65 this year and decided to venture out on my own as a private caregiver. I reside in Central Vermont with my husband and golden retriever, Birdy.
