About Mary

As someone who grew up with nannies/ babysitters, I know how crucial a patient, playful, and consistent nanny/babysitter is to kids' childhood. I look back at my memories with nannies who were present, caring, and creative so fondly and find it easy to bring these same qualities to my own experience as a nanny. This means I use our time to be interactive, whether it's coming up with games, reading, or going on outings ( Before Covid ) I think it's important to have time away from screens and make everyday tasks fun when doable. I've babysat children on the shyer side or outright balls of energy, so I feel equipped from my experience to navigate how to work with a range of personalities.
