I just finished up two years teaching high school English, advising my freshman and sophomore girls and coaching track. Before that, I taught in schools in New York City and privately tutored. I have a passion for education that extends beyond just the classroom walls and truly enjoy seeing students grow in their learning after working with them one-on-one. As a high school English teacher, I feel confident in helping all grade levels of students with English and Reading and even with Math and Science at the elementary level. I received my Masters Degree from Columbia's Teachers College in Education and English two years ago and look forward to continuing to use that degree to not only become a better teacher but a better tutor.
