About Maryellen

My name is Maryellen Bryson and I moved up to Anchorage from Juneau, Alaska about five months ago. I have been taking care of children for over 7 years, and within that time I have taken care of children ranging from ages 3 through 8. Nothing is more important to me than making sure kids have a safe and warm environment to grow and flourish in. I am a big advocate for helping children figure out more of who they are and what they are passionate about. I believe that in order to do this, things like imaginative play, time outdoors, and creative projects or crafts are necessary to implement into time with the children, and I am happy to be the one to do that! Along with childcare, I am also happy to help out with cleaning and tidying the house, laundry, dishes, and any cooking or meal prepping that's needed. All of these tasks are things I already love to manage in my own home to keep a clean and healthy space.
