I grew up the eldest of five, and my parents worked every day of the year. I quickly became a third parent for my siblings, providing emotional and educational support. With 10+ years of caregiving, I am passionate about reducing the burden on working parents. My strengths lie in my patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor, which help me connect with children and create a safe and stimulating environment. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred communication methods. I firmly believe in the importance of setting boundaries and consistently enforcing household rules. My years of experience have equipped me with the skills to effectively manage children's behavior and promote positive development. I enjoy a variety of games with children, from educational games that promote learning to technology-based games and apps. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel
