I am a very energetic person who enjoys working, especially physical work. I was a fitness instructor for 30 years and taught senior fitness classes as a specialty. I am very creative and really enjoy painting concrete floors with fun, interesting artwork!! I have helped remodel homes, painted, removed carpet and done yard work. I have been a live-in personal assistant for the past 10 years for an emergency veterinarian taking care of her pets, her home and keeping her organized. I clean, cook healthy meals, organize homes and take care of daily activities. I would like to relocate to the bay area after suffering a major tragedy while living in Yosemite area and wish to offer my services as a caretaker for seniors, pet care and home care.
