For the past five months I have been a 'babysitter' part time for a nonverbal young woman with autism. She has been a joy to work with, and I have learned a lot about autism in the process. I have also picked up a few words in sign language along the way. During this time I have also been tutoring a teenager with ADHD. This has been challenging, but I have enjoyed working with him.
