About Valerie

My name is Valerie, and I'm currently attending University online to complete my Bachelor's Degree in environmental science. I hope to contribute to saving our environment and planet. In the mean time, I like to spend my time reading and writing. I work here on Care. com to pay for my expenses. I've always loved working with kids, I am a tutor at a Middle School and I have plenty of experience caring for all ages, due to my big family, mother's former daycare service, and my 7 years of working in this field. I look forward to meeting new families and providing a helping hand through child care, but also by becoming a mentor to the children. I am very creative, resourceful, active, and form connections with the kids I care for.
